Finalist reason code 1. This reason code provides information on how Finalist processed the ZIP Code™ portion of the address. This system variable is only populated if <CASSTYPE> is set to LPC or NATIVE.
- For Finalist on mainframe systems, the value is one of the following:
- 0—The input ZIP Code™ is correct as is.
- 1—The input address was missing the ZIP Code™ but Finalist was able to supply the correct ZIP Code™.
- 4— There were multiple possible matches for the ZIP Code™.
- 5— The ZIP Code™ is a “unique” ZIP Code™, which means the ZIP Code™ is used by a single mailer.
- 6—Finalist changed at least one of the last two digits of the ZIP Code™.
- 7—Finalist changed at least one of the first three digits of the ZIP Code™.
- For Finalist on UNIX, Linux, or Windows, the value is one of the following:
- 0—The address was successfully coded.
- 1—The address was coded to the carrier route level.
- 2—The address was coded to the ZIP Code™ level.
- 9—The address could not be coded.
