<MOFFSET>
Identifies the logical offset values for multiple-up physical pages in the input or output. This offset is in addition to the page offset defined in an AFP copy group (that is, the offset defined in the Input group <OFFSET> tag).
Note: <MOFFSET> is only valid for AFP print streams that contain PTX records or will have PTX records added to them with the <ADD> tag.
