Export Template Folder Management
Export Template folders are managed in the Classic UI, in the Manage Export Template Folder Listing.
Open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing
The Manage Export Template Folder Listing is in the Classic UI. To open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing:
- Open a web browser to:
http://<servername>/webcm/
and log in. If you are currently logged into the New UI, you must log out of it first or use a different browser. - Open the Feature bar, open the Folders folder, and select Export Template. The Manage Export Template Folder Listing will appear.
Create an Export Template Folder
To create an Export Template folder:
- Open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing.
- Open the Action dropdown menu and select New.
- The Export Template Folder editor will open. Edit the folder's
configuration options as desired:

Name: (Required) The name of the Export Template folder.

Description: (Recommended) A description of the Export Template folder.

- Click the Save button.
Edit an Export Template Folder
To edit an Export Template folder:
- Open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing.
- Select the desired folder.

Open the Action dropdown menu and select Edit. The Export Template Folder editor will open. Edit the folder's configuration options as desired:

Name: (Required) The name of the Export Template folder.

Description: (Recommended) A description of the Export Template folder.

Delete an Export Template Folder
To delete an Export Template folder:
- Open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing.
- Select the Export Template you want to delete.
- Open the Action dropdown menu and select Delete.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click OK. The folder will be deleted.
Change the Display Sequence of the Folders
To change the display order of the Export Template folders:
- Open the Manage Export Template Folder Listing.
- Open the Action dropdown menu and select Sequence.
- Select how you want to order the folders.

By Name: The folders will be arranged in alphabetical order.

Manually Reorder:
- The Manually Reorder editor will open. In the upper
right of the editor, two buttons control the editor mode.

Drag and Drop Mode :
- Drag and drop the folders into the desired order.
- To save the new order, click the OK button.

Two Step Mode :
- Select one or more records to move as a group, then click the Next button.
- Select one record and click either Before or After to move the group of records before or after the selected record.
- To save your changes, click the OK button.

- The Manually Reorder editor will open. In the upper
right of the editor, two buttons control the editor mode.
