Evolve Administration App

Global Admins and User App Admins can access and use the Administration App home page. (End Users cannot access and use this page.)

The page layout is the same for both Global Admins and User App Admins. The following widgets (“panes”) are available:

Notifications

This widget provides user deletion notifications.

System alerts

This widget provides alerts for issues that occurred during setup. Examples:

  • A server or worker service is down
  • A worker job is stuck in posting
  • System health alerts: a service or worker service is down *or* a queue is not working

Quick launches

This widget allows Global Admins and User App Admins perform the quick actions below.

Global Admins can take these quick actions:

Reports

Global Admins and User App Admins can use the following two Report widgets to view reports:

  1. Top Widget – For Global Admins, the Total Processes report is added to the top widget by default.
  2. Bottom Widget – For Global Admins, the Active Users Processes report is added to the bottom widget by default.

User App Admins create their own reports and then pin those reports on the top or bottom widget. For more information, please see Reports .

As you add a report to the widget, select one of these formats:

  • Pie Chart
  • Donut Chart
  • Bar Chart
  • Line Chart

From the Reports page, you can add any number of reports to the top or bottom widget. To change a report in the widget, click on the widget drop-down list and select a different report.

Note:

To change the Display Type of a pinned report, you must first unpin it. Make the change to the Display Type and then re-pin the report to the widget. If the report has one aggregate column, you can use any of the chart formats. If the report has two aggregate columns, you can use the bar chart and the line chart only.
