Settings

The Settings page includes administration settings for the Evolve application.

As a Global Administrator, you can manage the following on the Settings page. See Administrators - Global Roles for further information.

Administration app settings

For the Administration App, you can set the following:

Administration App Name Change the Administration App name.
Global Administrator

Select the Global Administrator(s). They have admin access to every aspect of the Evolve application, and are responsible for managing it through the Administration App. They manage Evolve via the following elements:

Apps ManagementUser & License ManagementConfigurations and SettingsProcess MonitoringConnections

Description Change the Administration App description.
Reports Administrator

Select the Reports Administrator(s). They are able to edit and create reports. They can also create custom reporting to track each of the following:

Script and workflow usageProcess statusActive usersData errorsTime and cost savings

Visitor Select Evolve application Visitors. Visitors have view-only access to the Evolve application.

Workflow

On the Workflow tab, you can manage Workflow Configuration Options and Plug-ins.

Note:

This plug-in page covers all plug-ins supported in Evolve 20.0. Because Evolve 20.0 does not support custom plug-ins, you will need to consult with Winshuttle Customer Support if you would like to introduce changes to an existing plug-in.
