Jobs
The Jobs page provides an overview of different business and system jobs running in the Evolve application.
Business jobs
Business jobs are the SAP execution jobs that have been added to the worker. They are used for posting data into SAP.
On this page, you can monitor the current status of different business jobs. To view job history, select the specific job for which you require details.
The table below includes available job details. This information may be useful for debugging issues with the help of the Winshuttle Support team.

System jobs
System jobs are used by the Evolve application to enable the functioning of system resources. The following job types are used by the Evolve application:
- Purge: Purge the system jobs which have completed or errored out.
- ROI sync: Determine the frequency with which ROI information is synced with the Connect system.
- Delete : Permanently delete items in the recycle bin.
- Archive : Archive the documents (Forms and Excel) from the app you are using.
- Monthly Server Reporting Data Sync : Collect system environment data, usage data and product version information on monthly basis.
Refer to these job types if you encounter issues with the system jobs in your application; they will be useful if you are working together with the Winshuttle Support team.
Email jobs
Email jobs provide the number of email notifications which are in the errored-out stage. You can send out notifications a second time by resetting the job status to pending. You can also use the Jobs page to clear out the job queue.
Complete the Reset to Pending process in off-peak hours only. This will prevent negative impacts to the system which would result if you have a high number of emails.
