Tracking Dashboard

Click the Tracking icon to display the Tracking Dashboard; this dashboard presents details of URL click-through. Data is only captured where in EngageOne Deliver the default (in-built) tracking has been enabled. For tracking with Google Analytics, go to the Google Analytics dashboard page.

The dashboard is made up of multiple sections. The top level panel presents a summary for today’s email communication for which URL click-through and/or Email Open tracking has been enabled. The Open count is unique for an Email; however, the Click count for URLs is not unique. Every new hit of a URL is added to the click count.

The lower sections show trend and summary data as well as reporting around the OS/Browser/location from which URLs are being opened.

The Geo-Statistics tab shows the distribution of clicks based on countries along with states and cities when hovering over the individual country section. This information is only available if location tracking is enabled and properly configured in the Deliver application.

Note: Statistics can be seen by individual URL or at an overall level.
