Free-form text

Free-form text can be entered within the body of a paragraph or as a new paragraph on its own if it has been perdefined in the original template design as unprotected (identified by a yellow background). This means you can type content into a free-form text area, or copy and paste it in from an outside source such as a Word document or a web page.

A spell check is available within the editor to check all your entries. You may also need to apply formatting after inserting text from another source, for example, if the font and text formatting is not already included in the template. See Working with the editor for more details.
