Design Review and Approval provides a framework to ensure new and existing templates and active content are subject to quality control as part of a structured review and approval process.
Review Processes
Design review and approval processes are defined specifically for a project and are triggered when a Designer user submits an asset for review. Note that a review process can be applied to more than one asset.

EngageOne Compose
Create customized communications based on templates for optional review and approval using predefined workflows.

A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.

Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.

The Search Archive pane allows you to search documents from a selected database and view them based on communication type or month.

Review processes associated with a Project

As a project manager you can view all the review processes that have been created for a particular project. From the Project details page click on the Review Processes link to view a list all review processes assigned to your project.

Column	Content
Review Name	The name of the process.
Steps	A list of steps that make up the process.
Assets	A count of the number of assets the process has been assigned to
Created	The date and time that the process was created

Note:

Click on the Review Name to edit the review process item.
Click on the Steps link to view the steps that make up the review process item.
Click on the Asset link to view the asset name(s) associated with the review process item.
