Length

Returns the geographic length of a line.

Table 1. Length Options
Option Name Description
Distance units Specifies the unit of measurement to use to calculate the length. One of the following:
  • Centimeters
  • Feet
  • Inches
  • Kilometers (default)
  • Meters
  • Miles
  • Yards
Geometry field The name of the field that contains the geometry whose length you want to calculate.
Length field The name of the field that you want to contain the length returned by Spatial Calculator.
