Job Titles

You can do the following on the Title page:

  • Add a job title
  • Edit a job title
  • Delete a job title

Add a job title

To create a job title:

  1. Go to the Users page, click Title, and then click Add.
  2. Enter a new job title name in the Job Title field and click Save. A message appears on the screen notifying that a new job title has been created successfully.

Edit a job title

To edit a job title:

  1. Go to the Users page, click Title, and select a job title.
  2. Click Edit to change any job title. On the Job Title field that appears, make your changes and click Save. A message appears on the screen notifying you that the job title has been updated successfully.

Delete a job title

To delete a job title:

  1. Go to the Users page, click Title, and select a job title.
  2. Click Delete to delete a job title. A pop-up dialog box appears prompting you to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click Yes. A message appears on the screen notifying you that the job title has been deleted successfully.

You can delete multiple job titles by selecting them and clicking Delete.
