Workflow item creation
Use Workflow Settings to to make sure that Inbound Messages receive a timely response. For more information about general configuration of Workflow, Refer to Workflows.
An “In Progress” stage is used to identify messages that are pending response or have already been responded to, but have not yet been closed.
Stages are assigned in the order to be performed:
EngageOne Deliver determines the stage to assign to a new workflow record to be created:

1 | Requires manual content conversion or verification |
2 | Requires manual indexing |
3 | Bounced message |
4 | Indexed but open |
40 | Archiving off, but response required |
5 | In progress |
6 | Closed |
60 | Passed to external system to close |
