Bulk close of workflows

The Bulk Close of Workflows page provides a list of open workflow items that you may want to close. You can close all the open items that appear on the page in a single attempt. You can access this page only if you have the Workflow Close permission associated for the selected Inbound Profile. Also, the Inbound Profile you will be accessing should have the Workflow Close option enabled.

To display this page, select Workflow on the Home page. In the Workflow Entry screen, select an Inbound Profile you want to process and then select Bulk Close of Workflows from the Select a workflow task drop-down list.

The page displays a list of messages including different fields. For a description of the fields, refer to Common fields for Workflow pages.

From the Bulk close of workflows page, you can close all the open workflows (bulk close) by clicking on the Close All button.
