Front office users
As a Front Office user you are responsible for creating communications based on predefined templates.
You will typically:
- Select Template. Choose the template to work with either from the Home page, or click Templates from the menu bar. Use the search option if required. Refer to The Home page, Working with templates to create a communication and Finding, organizing and selecting. Click Next.Note: If you have selected a template that does not work with cross-browser support, you will get a warning message here.
- Customer Keys. In cases where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify for data accuracy or enter missing data before the communication is edited. Refer to Editing and confirming data. Click Next.
- Customer Details. Verify the data for accuracy and edit if necessary. In cases where not all the data is pushed through the system, more data may need to be entered or verified before the communication is edited. Refer to Editing and confirming data. Click Next.
- Edit Communication. Create the document based on the selected template. Refer to Editing communications. You have the option to save the communication to work on at a later point or, Submit for Delivery.Note: If you have selected a template that does not work with cross-browser support, you will get a warning message here.
- Submit the document for delivery. Refer to Selecting delivery options.
Note: The steps presented to you will depend on how the template has been defined.

Details options may or may not be available.
