Project manager

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for creating projects to manage the review and approval of templates created in EngageOne™ Designer.

You will typically:

  1. Create a Project.
  2. Add templates to the project for inclusion in review processes.
  3. Add review processes containing review steps. Review steps contain details to be checked by an assigned reviewer.
  4. Associate review processes to templates included in the Project.
  5. Close the Project when all templates have been approved and merged in EngageOne™ Designer.

To access the required administration features, select the Projects icon from the navigation bar on the upper part of the screen. Refer to Design Review and Approval for further information.
