Tasks
Participate in predefined processes that manage the lifecycle of communications from design to delivery using predefined workflows.
Communications
A communication is created from a template and delivered to your customer at the end of the communication's life-cycle.
Templates
Templates are used as a base to create your final customer communication.
Editing and confirming data
Where data is pushed through the system, you may need to verify the accuracy of pre-populated data, or enter missing data before the communication is edited.
Editing communications
This describes the editing options that allow you to create and edit your customer communication using the selected template.
Selecting delivery options
Delivery options can be made up of one or more delivery channels and are configured by your EngageOne™ administrator.
Awaiting Delivery
Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.
Search Archive
The Search Archive pane allows you to search documents from a selected database and view them based on communication type or month.
Design Review and Approval
Design Review and Approval provides a framework to ensure that new and existing templates and active content are subject to quality control as part of a structured review and approval process.

Template manager

As a Template Manager, you are responsible for the association of workflows to the folders and templates that you manage.

You will typically:

Locate folders/templates to associate with existing workflows.
Define additional parameters to drive the workflow, such as conditions, priority, etc.
Make template/video associations and map data fields from the template's data definition to corresponding EngageOne™ Video data inputs.

To access template management features, select the Admin icon from the navigation bar on the upper part of your screen and select the Template Managementoption. Refer to Template Management for detailed information.
