Workflow Administrator

As a Workflow Administrator, you are responsible for creating workflows to make sure that documents are approved by the right people. You can assign workflows to specific templates, template folders and users/groups.

You will typically:

  1. Create a Workflow.
  2. Assign review steps; these define:
    • Who can take part in the review: this can be individuals or groups defined by your EngageOne™ administrator.
    • How groups approve the review step.
  3. Optionally assign submitters who will trigger the workflow.
    Note: Submitters can be registered individuals or groups of users.

To access workflow administration features, select the Admin icon from the navigation bar on the upper part of the screen and select Review and Approval Workflows. Refer to Creating workflows for detailed information.
