Winshuttle collects usage information and provides the data to our product team. This data gives our product team awareness of the most frequently used features and the ways in which our customers use the software. The data is transmitted through a secure channel, and includes information such as the transaction codes used, the number of records updated, and when users access the software. This information is collected based on Privacy Mode. As Global Administrator you are required to select a Privacy Mode based on what information you want to allow to be collected by Winshuttle; to see details about data collected for different Privacy settings click here. You are responsible for complying with your licensing terms as stated in your MSA or EULA, regardless of the privacy setting selected.

Winshuttle automatically collects product version information, system environment data, and usage data on a monthly basis. This is necessary for license enforcement, future product improvement considerations, and the enhancement of your reporting.
