Points to note:
  • For the Message body resource type, create content in both editors, HTML and TEXT. This will ensure there is resource content to display for both kinds of message recipients; those who view html messages and those who view only text messages.
  • You can highlight meta data in the Meta Data list and then drag and drop it into the html or text editor.
  • Fields in the HTML Editor - Insert/Edit Image window enable you to specify image dimensions, alignment & spacing (useful when wrapping text around an image) and border thickness. When editing dimensions ensure that dimensions remain proportional; otherwise image distortion may occur.
  • Activation of resources accomplished on the Resources Revisions page. Refer to the Resources Revisions topic in the Content Manager help section.
