New Test Set

Content Manager Module New Test Set

On the New Test Set page you can create a test set using documents from your document archive.

To access the new test set page:
  1. Access the Test Sets Dashboard.

  2. Click the New Test Set link. The New Test Set page is displayed.

To create a new test set

  1. Access the New Test Set page.
  2. Enter a name and description for the test set.

  3. Click The Select link to the right of the Documents box. The Test Sets: Document Search page opens in a pop-up window.

  4. Perform a search to locate documents that are suited for the test set.
  5. Click the box to the left of each document you want to use.

  6. Click Add at the bottom of the search results.

    The New Test Set page displays with the documents you chose listed in the Documents box.

  7. Click Next. The Test Set Verification page is displayed.

  8. Click Submit. The Test Sets Dashboard is displayed with your test set listed and a confirmation message.

Points to note:
  • All of the documents you select document search will be included in your test set regardless of which results page lists them.
  • The test set name is limited to 50 characters and the test set description is limited to 100 characters.
