Content Manager Proofing Test Setup

On the Proofing Test Setup page you select one or more predefined test sets with which to test a template version, and initiate the test.

To access proofing test setup for a selected template

  1. Access the Proofing Version Testing/Results page for a selected template.

  2. Click the Test Setup link.

    The Proofing Test Setup page displays.

To set up and initiate testing

  1. On the Proofing Test Setup page, click to select the test sets you want to use.
  2. Optionally click to select the Meta data override check box, and then enter replacement text in the boxes provided for each meta data item you want to replace.

  3. Click Next. Your choices are displayed on the Proofing Test Setup Verification page.

  4. Review the list of Test Sets on the verification page.

  5. Click Submit. Testing is initiated. The Proofing Version Testing/Results page is displayed with a confirmation message and provides the Test Results.

Points to note:
  • Use Ctrl click to select multiple test sets. Use Shift click to select all test sets.
  • Test results may not be immediately available. When an individual test set completes, its status changes to Complete on the Proofing Version Testing/Results page.
