Runner: Download data from Salesforce

  1. If the file does not include headers, or if you added a new sheet, click Write Headers.
  2. Confirm or enter the values for Start Row, End Row (0 means all rows that contain information), Log Column, and ID Column.
  3. In the Records to Extract box, type the number of records to return, or check the Extract All box.
  4. Click Condition and confirm, change, or add an If condition. For more information, see Add a condition.
  5. Click Data File, and then click Save.
  6. Click Run, and then click one of the following:
    • Run Specified Range
    • Partial Download

      You can use Partial Download if you are using an existing data sheet that already contains data from another Salesforce system. For more information, see Partial download.

  7. If prompted, log in to Salesforce.
