View run logs and details

The Winshuttle for Salesforce Log Viewer displays a list of all runs. To see all the details, scroll to the right or export the data to Excel.

View the log entries

Click the File tab, and then click Log Viewer.

In the list of log entries, you can see the following:

  • The name of the person who ran the script.
  • The script file name and the data file name
  • The data source file type
  • The operation type
  • Whether it was a single-object script or a Master Detail script
  • The Salesforce object or objects
  • The version of Winshuttle for Salesforce
  • The organization
  • The run type
  • When the run started
  • When the run ended
  • The duration of the run
  • The number of records that were processed
  • The run results
  • The number of errors
  • The number of API calls
  • The bulk job ID (when the API is BULK)
  • The job description (when the API is BULK)

You can sort the list by clicking the name of a column.

At the top of the screen, the Log Viewer shows you the total number of records uploaded and the total number of records downloaded. You can export the logs to an Excel worksheet by clicking Export to Excel.
