BulkReassignmentPermissionSets

Type: string

Description: Comma-separated list of permission sets that have the rights to perform bulk reassignments.

  • For SharePoint 2010, the specified permission set should have a minimum permission of Manage Lists.
  • For SharePoint 2013, the specified permission set should have a minimum permission of Override List Behaviors.

You can grant specific permission sets (for example, users with Full Control or Central Site Administrator permissions) the ability to make bulk reassignments.

  1. Log into the Forms site.
  2. On the Forms site, click Site ActionsSite PermissionsPermission Levels.
  3. Copy the name of the Permission Level(s) to a text editor (Notepad), or create a new permission level.
  4. Follow the procedure below according to your version of Winshuttle Workflow.

Configure Winshuttle Workflow 10.5-10.7 for bulk reassignment using SVConfigurator

  1. Log into the Workflow server.
  2. Run SVconfigurator (C:\Program Files\ShareVis\bin\SVConfigurator.exe).
  3. Enter the URL of the forms site, and then click Load.
  4. Select ShareVis.Config (to ensure the changes are global).
  5. In the Key and Value fields:
  • Key: Enter BulkReassignmentPermissionSets
  • Value: Enter the name of the Permission Level(s) in a comma separated list
  1. Click Save.

Configure Winshuttle Workflow 10.8+ for bulk reassignment using the Configure Options page

  1. Log into the Workflow Administration Site.
  2. Open the Workflow menu.
  3. Under Server Administration, click Configure Options.
  4. Locate the BulkReassignmentPermissionSets key
  5. Edit the key and set a global value for the name of the Permission Level(s) in a comma-separated list.
  6. Click Save.
