Ws.FormCompletionDelegation

The Ws.FormCompletionDelegation control allows a designated person (delegate) to complete a form on someone’s behalf. The person for whom the form has been completed will receive a notification that a form has been completed and is awaiting their review and approval. The form is routed along the workflow process only after it has been reviewed and approved by the delegate.

Property	Description
Use System Control	Converts the existing Custom Control added to the form when designing to a Drop Down List Box.
Use Form Value	Give you the ability to create your own field in the form.
XPath Location:	*Required is Use Form Value is selected. Name of the InfoPath Field in which the value will be held in the form.

When the Original Originator opens the form, they are presented with the option to select a user to fill out a form on their behalf.

After hitting the Save and Route button, whichever user is selected from the above Drop Down List Box will receive a task on their Winshuttle Task List Web Part:

The new entry on the Delegates Task List Web Part is an instance of the form that has been delegated by the Originator. Once the Delegate opens up the form and completes their task, it is then routed through the workflow accordingly and will send the Originator an email stating that the form has been completed.
