Enabling Logging
As part of troubleshooting you may be required to supply Winshuttle Designer logs. The following steps outline how to enable logging to track an issue.
- One the Designer menu bar, click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
- Click the Others tab.
- Check Enable Logging.
- Choose a Log Directory location where the log file will be stored, and then click OK.
Once enabled, you can recreate an issue and capture it in the log file--and (if necessary) send the log file to Winshuttle Support for assistance.
Disabling logging
- One the Designer menu bar, click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
- Click the Others tab.
- Uncheck Enable Logging.
