Autopost

Winshuttle Autopost is used for posting data that resides in documents (such as Excel file) into SAP. It does not require manual intervention while uploading, but it must be placed in the workflow (based on the requirement) for an automatic post.

You can enable the ability to autopost data through Designer, instead of autoposting through the Winshuttle Central built-in workflows.

To autopost Winshuttle Transaction data through a workflow created in Winshuttle Designer, the workflow for data files must be removed from Winshuttle Central.

Workflows are required to be removed only once, and not every time autopost detail is changed. Ensure that you remove workflows only for data files.

The Workflow Admin site URL must also be added in Winshuttle Central under Workflow Configuration.

For additional information, see the Winshuttle Central Administrator Guide at the Winshuttle Foundation Help Center.

To remove Winshuttle Central data file workflows:

  1. In Winshuttle CENTRAL, click the data file library.
  2. Click Workflow Settings. Delete the workflow, if present.
  3. Click Library Settings and remove the workflow by doing the following:
    1. Under Content type, select the data file doc.
    2. Click Workflow Settings.
