This is the default setting when selecting workflow participants when a process is started. This setting provides a user interface control for each Swim Lane and allows you to select the workflow participants for each Swim Lane.

If PersonFromRole is selected as the Type, only a single user can be selected as the participant.
If TeamFromRole is selected as the Type, multiple users can be selected as participants.
