  1. Create static SharePoint lists
  2. Use Query to populate SharePoint lists
  3. Connect dropdowns to SharePoint lists
  4. Connect dropdowns to SAP lookups
  5. Use a rule to extract vendor number
  6. Promote fields to SharePoint lists
  7. Publish and test

In this step, we're going to use the SAP F4 Lookup for a field called Planning Group.

  1. First, add the WS.SAP Field Lookup control next to the Planning Group field on the form.

    Note: For more information about adding controls, see Adding Winshuttle Custom Controls to InfoPath in the Winshuttle Designer Guide

  2. Next, open the properties for the WS.SAP Field Lookup Control.

  3. Select the Mapping Name, SAP field, and Form field name (SetField) as shown below, and then click OK.
