Your Time Off Request form must now be published to the HR Forms Form Workflow site so it can be used by employees at AlphaOne Bank.

- In Designer, on the File menu, click Publish Solution.
The Publish Solution box displays the Deployment name, the Description, the SharePoint site where the solution will be published, and the CENTRAL site. Click OK.
The material is validated and published.
- If your environment is set up so that you are not automatically logged on to your SharePoint site, you must first log on. In Winshuttle Designer, from the Tools menu, click Options and enter the server credentials for Steve Designer.
NOTE: The user Steve Designer must have Site Administrator privileges on the server to publish forms.
- In Winshuttle Designer in the Publishing section in the Properties pane, set the SharePoint Site property to the URL of the HR Forms Form Workflow site as follows: http://[server]/hrforms (in which [server] is the name of your SharePoint server).
- Press Enter.
If an error message displays, you may have incorrectly typed the URL to the HR Forms Form Workflow site. Try retyping and pressing Return again.
- On the File menu, click Publish Workflow Solution.
The Publish Solution dialog box appears.
- Click OK.
- Click Yes. The solution is published to the Form Workflow site. Winshuttle Designer does the following:
- Creates a new workflow
- Sets the new workflow to the URL for your HR Forms Form Workflow site
- Sets the SharePoint List Name to the Time Off Request list
