Back to top(WF Server 10.8.0.77547 - FCS | Designer: 10.8.0.76705 - FCS)
Compatibility
- Winshuttle Central 10.7
- Winshuttle Server 10.7

New features
- Redesigned Workflow Admin Site
- WSP Based installers: Install/Uninstall/Upgrade needs to be done only on one Web Front End (main WFE) and it gets replicated on all WFEs automatically by SharePoint. Tools (SVConfigurator, SVMigrate, SVSevice, Admin Site etc.) needs to be installed/uninstall separately on all but main WFE.
- New pages added to the Workflow Admin Site: Extend Workflow, Licenses, Database Usage Status
- Workflow settings and configuration XMLs (Plugin, PR, InfoPath, System settings) are moved to the Workflow database. Changes made to these on any Workflow front end are reflected on all Workflow front ends.
- New logging features:
- Logging can be enabled from any WFE and IISReset is not required to enable logging.
- User can download logs for current WFE directly from Workflow Admin Site.
- New scheduler pages. You can can view/edit/cancel scheduled tasks, and job history is available with Filtering, Export, Clear History options.
- Workflow Process Data archival enhancements: When a workflow process is completed, Winshuttle Workflow automatically creates an offline history stored in a SharePoint list as XML and an .MHT file.
Note: This new archival mechanism is by default OFF. You can enable this auto-archiving process by configuring a new key "WorkflowProcessAutoCopyEnable" from the Configure Options page.
- WSP-based History Viewer tool for viewing a history of archived workflow processes in a readable format, and/or on a different Sharepoint configuration where Workflow is not installed.
