Phase 5: Enhance the workflow

Steps in this phase
In this phase, we will turn our attention from the form to the workflow associated with it. We are going to enhance the workflow by adding approval loops.
To do this, we will use multiple participant resolvers, including:
- A manager from a SharePoint user profile
- A purchasing person from a SharePoint list
- An accounting team assignment from a SharePoint group
We will also customize email notifications sent during the workflow process, enable email-based approvals, and customize SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
