Phase 2: Build the basic form

Steps in this phase

  1. Create form sections
  2. Add requester name
  3. Add drop down values
  4. Deploy and test

Now that we have a basic script to work with, it is time to build the basic form with Groups and Form Elements, such as Text Box and Drop down elements. We will also add an advanced element called Current User, which will help automate part of the form for the user.
