Phase 3: Add workflow participants

Steps in this phase

  1. Add form views
  2. Add Process controls
  3. Create Swimlanes, resolvers, and workflow
  4. Deploy and test

Now that we have the basic form, we will split the form into multiple form views, and then create multiple Swim Lanes in the workflow to allow data collection from multiple participants.
